Real wood. Real Amish hands.
More than 40 Amish builders, solid American hardwood and time-honored techniques. Furniture made to last for generations.
At an Amish builder's shop in OhioMore than 40 Amish builders
We work with more than 40 Amish builders, most of them in the Holmes County area of Ohio. Good relationships with our builders help us ensure the very best quality for our customers.
Solid American hardwoods
Choose red oak, quarter-sawn white oak, hickory, brown maple, cherry or walnut. Each species has its own personality, character and strength.
Time-honored techniques
Made in America by Amish craftsmen using time-honored techniques. Many of our builders use dovetailed drawers, and sanding, staining and finishing are largely done by hand to bring out the natural beauty of the wood.
Made to last for generations
Solid hardwood, handcrafted by Amish craftsmen, made to last for generations. Enjoy it every day now. Pass it down later.
About us
A family business since 1986
We value the relationships with our customers as well as our builders. When you call or stop in, you're talking with our family and the team we trust, not a call center.
The King familyIt started on the front lawn
In 1986 Raymond King began building outdoor tables and chairs in his little woodshop and selling them on his front lawn. His children helped him in the shop and learned to appreciate fine craftsmanship.
Mike & Waii KingOwned by Mike & Waii King
Today Mike and Waii King lead the business with Raymond and Mary, Jennifer and the team. Our family still cares about wood, craftsmanship and details.
The King family & teamNo high-pressure sales
We want each of our customers to feel like family, so we don't do high-pressure sales. Take your time, and we'll help you find the right piece, wood and finish for your home.

See the map →I am thrilled with my purchase of a dining table and know this will be an heirloom piece for generations to come.
The craftsmanship of the set is of heirloom quality and is outstanding. Hopefully, this furniture will be enjoyed and used by many generations for all our family reunions.
Incredible, furniture built to last. … Tables/chairs all solid wood and custom-made, we couldn’t be more thrilled with our selection.
Kings’ attention to detail, customer service, and craftsmanship are what keep bringing me back.
I purchased a bedroom set that was delivered to New Jersey, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. … Most importantly, the furniture itself is exceptionally well made.
My wife and I bought our first house recently and knew we wanted a dining room set that would last a life time.
