Shipping policy
Delivery
Most of our furniture is made to order by Amish craftsmen. Once your piece is ready, local in-home delivery is typically scheduled within 2-3 weeks.
Delivery fees
- Free in-home delivery within 100 miles of our stores on orders of $2,000 or more (on our delivery schedule).
- Beyond 100 miles: $4.00 per mile (one way), capped at $500 east of the Mississippi River.
- West of the Mississippi River: 14% of the retail cost.
- New York City and Long Island: additional $200.
- Delivery on a specific date of your choice: additional $250 (only within 100 miles of our Lancaster locations).
- Removal and disposal of old furniture: $50 per piece.
White-glove delivery
Near our Lancaster County stores, our own delivery team brings your furniture inside, places it in the room of your choice and makes sure it's set up properly. Farther away, we use a trusted white-glove delivery partner, which typically delivers along the East Coast every 2 weeks.
