What is poly lumber?

Our poly lumber is a robust and sustainable material recognized for its exceptional strength. It is made from a recyclable plastic derived from post-consumer waste such as milk and detergent bottles.

This material is cleaned in a decontamination process to a purity level of over 99% HDPE, then compounded into solid board stock material. We mill it into furniture using many of the same techniques as traditional woodworkers.

Care & Maintenance

Keeping your poly furniture clean and looking great is a breeze.

Simply brush away dirt and debris and rinse with a hose. For tougher stains, use mix of mild soap and water, scrub gently, and rinse well. Avoid using strong cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Our material is resistant to moisture, so you don’t need to seal, stain, or paint it.
