Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We always strive to make the customer happy.

For many years we promised verbally to take good care of our customers. We now want to make a formal writing so that you can know what to expect. Wood of course is a product of nature. So we ask that you take a look at our page on how to care for your products so that some of the following situations can be avoided.

If your furniture would happen to break due to a builder defect we will repair or replace the furniture with no cost to you. If the furniture happens to break due to a non normal use or abuse to the furniture we can repair it but there will be a repair fee.

If you purchase a mattress and don’t like it we ask that you do a 60 day sleep trial. If you prefer to try another one we will give you a 100% in store credit for another mattress. If you decide to purchase one elsewhere we will credit you 80%.

For our sofa warranty the frames are guaranteed for life. The compression warranty is a 5 year warranty allowing no more than a 1/2″ compression. There is also a 5 year warranty on all electrical components.

If you receive your new furniture and it just isn’t what you had thought it would be, we allow you to return it in “new” condition within fourteen days. If the delivery men have already left you are responsible for the cost to get it back in “new” condition to our warehouse (Approximately $4.00 per mile one way). We will give you an 80% refund so that you can go buy a piece that you like better elsewhere, or 100% in-store credit to rebuild another piece.
