  • Builder Defects: If your furniture breaks due to a craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
  • Non-Normal Use or Abuse: If misuse or abuse damages the furniture, we can help with repairs for a fee.

Sofa Warranty and Guarantees

We believe in the durability and longevity of our sofas, which is why we provide the following warranties:

  • Lifetime Frame Warranty: We guarantee the frames of our sofas for life because they are built to last.
  • Compression Warranty: Over time, cushions may lose firmness, but with our 5-year compression warranty, we ensure that cushion compression will not exceed 1/2″.
  • Electrical Components: For any sofa with electrical components, we offer a 5-year warranty on these parts.

Returns Policy for Furniture

We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, a piece of furniture may not look or feel the way you envisioned once it’s in your home. That’s why we offer a return policy designed to give you peace of mind:

  • Fourteen-Day Return Policy: If your new furniture doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days, provided it remains in “new” condition.
  • Return Logistics: If the delivery team has already left your home, you will cover the return shipping costs, which are approximately $4.00 per mile (one way) to our warehouse.
  • Refund or Credit: We offer either an 80% refund or 100% in-store credit to rebuild or choose another piece that better suits your preferences.
