Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at two store locations to serve you better: Intercourse, PA Location: 13 Center St, Intercourse, PA 17534 and Aston, PA Location: 3510 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014. Visit either of our locations to experience firsthand the craftsmanship and beauty of our Amish furniture.

Can I customize the furniture to suit my preferences?

Absolutely! We offer a range of customization options including wood type, stain color, hardware choices, and dimensions. Contact our team to discuss how we can create a piece that meets your specific needs and style preferences.

Do you offer delivery and assembly services?

Yes, we provide delivery services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and is set up in your home. Over the years we have learned that one of the biggest hassles of buying new furniture is getting it home, and in pristine condition. That’s why we offer our customers FREE 100 Mile Furniture Delivery on orders $1000 or more.

  • Free Delivery up to 100 miles on our trusted white-glove delivery partners schedule. Typically deliver all over the east coast every 2 weeks.
  • After 100 miles it’s $4.00 per mile one way.
  • To be able to have Free/affordable delivery cost we appreciate you working with the Transport Company with their time schedules as much as possible.

Our delivery service is handled by a reputable third-party provider with a proven track record. Furniture Transportation Limited (FTL) has been our reliable partner for long- range deliveries in the past, and we are now expanding our collaboration to cover all our delivery needs. They are a well-established company, handling approximately 600 in-home white glove deliveries per month, ensuring that your furniture arrives safely and in excellent condition.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Due to the custom nature of Amish furniture, delivery times can vary. Typically, it takes 2 to 4 months from the time of order placement to delivery. This allows our artisans ample time to handcraft each piece with care and precision.

Could you provide more details on what the ordering process looks like?

When placing an order, we require a 20% down payment to initiate processing. Once we have received your down payment, we will proceed with processing your order. Once our craftsmen complete your order, we will contact you to arrange for final payment. Upon receipt of your final payment, we will notify Furniture Transportation Limited that your order is ready for pickup and delivery.

Deliveries typically occur every two weeks. Furniture Transportation Limited will contact you to schedule a delivery time slot for the following week. If the proposed time slot is inconvenient for you, please inform them, and they will reschedule your delivery for their next visit to your area, usually two weeks later. They will continue to work with you until a mutually convenient time is arranged.

If any issues arise on the day of delivery, please contact our store, and we will gladly discuss the best course of action.
